A: Hello, the maximum length from the wall to the back of the rod (clearance) is 3-3/4 inches. Maximum length from wall to the front of the rod (projection) is 5-1/2 inches. Thanks!

Q:I have sheers and a heavier curtain in front, so with these brackets I would need two brackets on each side, right? (One for the sheers closer in to the window and one bracket extended further out to hold the rod with the heavier curtains). Wouldn’t that look strange, having two brackets?
