A: No, this is not water proof.

A: Water will penetrate through this material. It will slow the flow but not stop it. Be aware also that as time goes by, dust and environmental deposits will settle and allow pooling on this or any similar product laid horizontally and must be cleaned (hosed recommended), else damage may occur due to the weight of the pooling water.
