Answer This Question
A: There is a gas line that needs to be installed first, so the size of the tank doesn't matter for the actual furnace connection. The size of your propane tank will depend on the size of your home as well as the number and size of appliances using propane - not on the furnace.

Q:My combi has a single zone system. What signal needs to be provided to the thermostat T/T terminals? Do these two terminals operate as normally open & need closed? Or is there a voltage they need? Trying to get by without a specific controller and tstat.

Answer This Question
A: Hi Blaze and thank you for your question. The CN15 or T/T terminal is a receiving terminal. It must receive 1-10 DCV to it from the zone/termostat/control center in order to activate the heater for heating.
We do not have any recommendation of controller, it just needs to be able to provide the 1-10 DCV to CN15/TT terminal.

A: it fills the inside of the boiler with water ,and adds water when it needs to
by|Oct 26, 2021
A: The auto-feeder can fill or top off the hydronic system with tap water if it leaked. No, we can fill the hydronic system with a pump from a tub with glycol or water treatment mixes while purging air from the lines and boiler. Look for videos.

Q:What thermostat is needed for the radiant heating loop?
by|Oct 21, 2021

Answer This Question
A: Hi Bobby and thank you for your question. In a valve-based system, each heating zone has a zone valve which opens when that zone calls for heat.
Each zone thermostat is wired to its corresponding zone valve. Contacts in the zone valves provide a signal to
the appliance to operate when there is a call for heat

Q:The specs say it is 18000 btu min and 199000 btu max. Does this mean that this unit can vary the heat produced? I have 3 heating zones, and I'm concerned about short cycling the boiler if only 1 zone is calling for heat
