A: Please see my review of this unit which was just posted (8-25-17) under the name Issis. The Rheem TS / troubleshooting telephone number is: 800-432-8372. Have your SN available (it is on the bottom of the unit under the bar code). If you want to troubleshoot the unit yourself you will need a Digital Multi Meter which will test Ohms (cheapest available is from Harbor Freight - about $8 but you can sometimes get them free). The TS person will tell you what settings to use and where to place the leads to check the electrical input to the unit, the flow meter and the 4 heating elements. You should first check that you have two sets of 60 amp circuit breakers ... (4 total) .. If you want to do it yourself I can send you detailed images of the parts you need to check which might help you work more efficiently with TS. Again, read my review for more details re: the process of checking if the unit failure can be corrected or the unit has to be changed out and the process required to do that. TS should provide you with a Case#, you should provide that & your Unit's SN to the HD store or to the web site from whom you purchased it. They should then confirm that it is under warranty and help you get a replacement unit. If you decide to use a HD / Rheems approved plumber they may be able to hasten the process.

A: I don't think so ... check the Rheem site. It depends on how many outlets you plan to use simultaneously ... and their flow rate demands.

A: Yes is can.
by|May 4, 2023
A: Yes, but not quite as well as with the full 240 volts. Multiply amps times voltage to see how many Kw worth of performance you will get. 122 times 208 = 25.376 Kw. Still very powerful.
