Also, our Commercial units come with Warranties that are specifically tied to Commericial usage and installation. Installing one in a residence may have adverse consequences on the warranty. If you are looking for larger sized units, we would suggest looking at our 80 gallon Hybrid Water Heater or look into the possibility of getting multiple units, which is more energy efficient.
