Q:How deep are the mounting screws? My cabinet is pretty thin and I don't want to bore through it.

A:  Hello Lexy, The towel mount will be screwed into the cabinet door frame, not the center panel, the screws are short and work just fine on the cabinet door frame. I believe it came with instructions that showed "how to". Hope this helped!

      A:  Screws are 7/16 long. Plus if you add the thickness of the wire rack the screws won't go into the wood door the complete 7/16 inches.

        A:  The towel holder has been installed so I do not know what size of the screw is until I take it out to measure. The thickness of my cabinet door is 3/4 '' inch, does it help?

          A:  I mounted my towel racks exactly as depicted in the image on the inside of the cabinet door with the screws provided. They protrude less than a quarter of an inch from the mounting hole in the towel rack so as long as you're mounting to the outer frame of the door, there should be no problem. Hey; if the screws included with the rack are too long, you could always purchase shorter ones from the hardware dept.

            A:  As long as it is mounted on the top Of door, screws provided will not go through all the way. We like this product.

                  A:  You can get them at home depot in the hardware department. Be sure to take one of the broken shelf clips with you as a match. There are several thickness ( diameters, that fit the holes in the cabinet) . They will come in metal or plastic (the correct diameter of either will fit) .Be sure you get the right diameter to fit the holes in the cabinets.
