A:  With some light modification this may be possible. Not enough information to say absolutely yes. The fillers are made to attach in-between existing cabinets. Not necessarily to each other. Not saying it can't be done.

A:  Fillers are intended to be installed in new kitchen cabinet construction and will not work in existing cabinets. Here are two other products that can be installed into existing cabinets. A:  Did not fit inside a 9 inch base cabinet as it is also 9 inches. Probably fits inside 11”

A:  This is a filler, so it is designed to be installed between cabinets (or cabinets and a wall) to make use of otherwise wasted space. Rev-A-Shelf does also make pull-out solutions designed to install inside of an existing cabinet, however this is not it.
