Q:if this were attached to the floor and the back wall, could it be mounted between a washer and dryer?

Answer This Question

A:  It physically could, but it is made to be mounted in-between (2) cabinets. Since you are mounting to the floor and a rear wall, you made get side to side movement and over time it will loosen those screws as the unit was meant to be screwed into the sides.

A:  i enclosed mine in a cabinet. what i found was it was creating air pressure and a vacuum behind the slide out shelf. i ventilated the cabinet with a large spade bit. it worked better but not perfect.

A:  YOU CAN MOUNT IT AS A FILLER AS LON G AS YOU HAVE SOMETHING T0 ATTACH IT TO ON BOTH SIDES. I HAVE TWO OF THESE AND THEY ARE BOTH FILLER, ONE BETWEEN CABINETS AND ONE AT THE END OF A CABINET, BOTH SIDES MUST BE ATTACHED.

A:  This needs an immobile surface at the top to secure it to and solid walls on either side. It doesn't have any. At 53" tall it would fit but would need either a riser or something added to create solid securment surface at 30".

A:  The manufactures design and mounting instructions are for new construction mounted between 2 cabinets. You can modify how you mount it depending on your level of experience. I mounted 2 pull outs together but I had to drill holes at the mount excite them together.

A:  It would depend on how you build the cabinet around it. I don't see why you couldn't stack them.

            by|Jul 10, 2020

A:  You can with some modifications. You’ll have a big gap between the 2 when pulled out.

Q:Could this be installed horizontally? I'm looking for a pull-out like this to place above my stacked washer/dryer to double as a drying rack. I would remove the shelves and replace with smaller dowel rods.

A:  Not sure what space you have to work with but if it fits and you can modify how it mounts then I don’t see why not. You can order it and as long as you don’t drill or damage it you can return it if it’s doesn’t work

A:  I HAVE TWO OF THESE IN MY KITCHEN. YOU CAN PULL THEM OUT THE FULL EXTENSION OF 23 INCH. OR YOU CAN PULL THEM OUT 20 INCH, OR 18 INCH. ETC. 23 INCH JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE MAXIMUM YOU CAN PULL OUT. BUT YOU CAN PULL OUT 18" AND STILL REACH THE BACK OF THE SHELF. I HAVE A PANEL ON THE FRONT OF MINE SO THEY MATCH MY OTHER KITCHEN CABINETS. I HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION.

A:  Yes it truly extends all the way out. You have access to everything on all shelves. We installed one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Absolutely love the amount of storage and organization they provide.

A:  YES, THE FACE OF THIS UNIT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE BACK. I HAD A FACE BUILT FOR MINE EXACTLY LIKE MY NEW CABINETS SO IT WOULD LOOK LIKE PART OF MY CABINETS. I LOVE THESE BY THE WAY. I HAVE TWO OF THEM IN MY KITCHEN WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN WASTED SPACE. THE 6 INCH WILL HOLD ALL MY SPICES AND THE SECOND MY HOLDS SODA CANS. APPROXIMATELY 60 CANS AT A TIME.

A:  The unit does not have a face piece. A piece to match the kitchen cabinetry must be added to the front..

A:  No. You have to install a cabinet door onto it.
