You will need a 15 x 19 foot section at the minimum to fill your needs. You may want to order a couple of feet extra since no yard is perfectly square or perfectly even. A:  Infill is a product that provides balist or weight to keep the product down. It also keeps the fibers from laying over. If installed correctly you should not have issues with the product migrating into the house.
