Q:I see how they interlock, but nothing is showing how to make enclosed ends. It appears a filler "stone" is needed for the upper and lower level ends but I'm not seeing this option. Anyone with photos of theirs killing into an exterior wall?

Q:Can I place this planting bed on a cement surface (our outdoor courtyard) instead of on lawn or dirt? The directions talk about stakes having to be "hammered into ground" but if that's not possible, will this still work as a planting bed for succulents? I live in the desert...thank you.

                    Answer This Question

A:  The system can be used on a hard surface, as long as there is enough soil for the plants to take properly. The height of each border is 10". In addition, you will need to cut down the spikes to approx. 10" so you can lock the corners together. This will create a "floating" system on the concrete.
