    A:  Hello Mike, PRO-880 Ultra Clear Strippable may be diluted with clean water up to 50% for use with pre-pasted wallpapers. When hanging wallpaper on sealed wood paneling, ROMAN recommends first priming the surface with PRO-935 R-35 Adhesion Promoting Primer. PRO-935 dries with a heavy residual tack allowing for better adhesion to sealed surfaces. We recommend performing a small test before proceeding with a full scale installation.
