A:  To remove the past you remover to the wall and let it soak for 15 minutes and then you scrub it with the remover sponge.

      A:  Rather than use this, try Klean Strip SANDER DEGLOSSER. then use KILZ 2 (available in latex) which is a multi-purpose stainblocker so the color does not bleed through.

        A:  You do not mix. It is a gel type liquid. I used 2 gallons for my dining room with paper only above chair rail. Keep it nice and wet.

          A:  I only use it in small quantities....Usually about a 1/2 cup in a quart of HOT Water. Trick is to keep the clean rinse water HOT and fresh!
