    A:  No. There is no way that I am aware of to use the JobMax unit with Dremel tools.

      A:  Yes, it has a switch placed identically to the 12 volt console.

          A:  I can only speak for the 12 volt cordless and 120 volt corded, but the answer to your question is in my experience yes.

            A:  Yes, all Jobmax heads are interchangeable with all models whether they are corded, 12V, 18V or pneumatic.
