Questions and Answers for RIDGID 22 in. Pro Box, Black

A:  I got a replacement bottom box and the old ones don't fit as tight. Seems to stay together but just got the new box two days ago.

A:  14 tall inside, 19 wide, and 12 deep (front to back inside). However, plastic reinforcement takes away some space in certain areas. Example: 19 wide but actually 18.5 left to right in center; 12 deep but 11.5 in 2 areas.

A:  The 25” reference in description is diagonal measure from corner to corner. Straight across width is 22”.

A:  John answered and said do a search for 6 dra... ...John, we want the orange inserts Rigid calls them small storage cases . They are the orange flip top ones that come in some of the containers. I contacted Rigid a month ago...never heard back. :( fail.

A:  I too want more of the internal orange colored organizers ...can't find them anywhere. I feel Rigid is missing out on a lot of sales opportunities ...there is a lot more I want from this line and they aren't giving it.

A:  On the Home Depot site do a search for 6 compartment organizer. It will show up in the search results.

A:  nope, they don't exist. Sadly. Rigid is pretty stingy with what they offer in this line and any accessories. I even contacted the company about the inserts ...they said "we don't carry those at this time". Great.

A:  While I have never mounted mine in a trailer and travel any distance, I dont think with any real weight is would hold up very long(plastic). I had a steal tool box mounted in a trailer and it wasnt too long before the bouncing started tearing the metal.

A:  There are a couple stackable options for this. The Pro System Gear 10-Compartment Small Parts Organizer can be stacked on top.

A:  Master lock #175 fits the lock hole

A:  I'd like the small internal organizers too. Where did others get theirs? Todd says Yes, I've bought a few --tell us where!!!

A:  I'd like to know if the organizer is sold separately and if so how and where do you get one. Thank you
