A:  Thank you for your question. We suggest that you do not use bleach with this mop. Bleach and vinegar cause the metal parts that hold the mop together to become rusted. This causes staining on the cotton material of your mop.-Quickie.

A:  Thank you for your question. The Microfiber Twist Mop has instructions for replacement on the packaging. Please slide the grip fully forward to expose the top of the mop head. Squeeze the two clips and remove the mop head, then squeeze and remove from the grip. Now you can install the replacement mop head. A:  The mop head comes already attached, but for some reason the last ones we bought were put on incorrectly

A:  Thank you for your question. To change the head, slide the grip fully forward to expose the top of the mop head. Squeeze the two clips and remove the mop head, then squeeze and remove from the grip. Now you can install the replacement mop head.
