A:  Hi Frustrated, welcome to the community. I know how frustrating it can be, not to be able to find a replacement part. I contacted Hunter Fan Co. Hunter Fan Co. stated you need the 5 digit model number, which starts with a 2 or a 5, and the 4 digit date code. This information is on a sticker on top of the motor housing. You may need a smal mirror, to help you get that information. Once you have that information, you can provide it here and I will get right on geting you an answer, or you can call Hunter Fan Co. at 1-888-830-1326. Thank you and again, welcome to the community.

A:  Hello, While you can purchase this AirPro kit, your safest bet is to at least contact Hampton Bay directly first so you can see if you can find just a replacement glass. You can contact Hampton Bay directly at 877-527-0313 and speak to a representative who can attempt to get you that glass for your fan. You will need to know your fans model number and UPC written on the sticker on top of the fan, so you can get the exact part for your fan. Each manuf. is different, so I can't say with certainty that the AirPro fan light kit you requested will work. Only getting the replacement glass straight from the manuf. who made your fan (Hampton Bay) or replacing the entire light is the only solution in your case. Another option would be to purchase either the light kit you asked the question about, or simply buy a replacement universal light kit at your local Home Depot store. It involves wiring and a bit more work, but the glass would be the same. Hope this has assisted you, Joseph
