A: Thank you for your inquiry regarding this item from Prime-Line Products. Use your own discretion. The locking clip needs to have a flat blade screwdriver get under the locking tabs to release the shelf. Then you pull back on the shelf to take it completely out.

A: Push the top part in to release the shelf (shelf will lift up), then pull the plastic tab straight out.

A: Remove the shelf then remove the shelf pins. If there are no pre-drilled holes too change the shelf height, drill new holes where you want then re-install the shelf pins, then slide in the shelf boards.

A: Thank you for your inquiry regarding this item from Prime-Line Products. Use a flat blade screw driver to push down on the tab locking shelf. The use the flat blade to push under tab while lifting up on the shelf to free it. You can then pull out the clip.
