A: The unit comes in two boxes, if you do not have two boxes I would contact where you purchased the unit and let them know. If you did get two boxes contact parts@prepacmfg.com for help.

Q:This bed will be going against an existing exterior wall consisting of Concrete Masonry Units (CMU's) and only has wood furrings and 1 layer of gypsum board (drywall). Can it still get installed on wood furring and straight into cmu wall with tapcons?
