A:  You have to contact the manufacturer. They have a website and you can get the part number, etc, and do everything on line or over the phone.

A:  You should be able to get parts by contacting the manufacturer. I did so for a missing part when the cart was initially shipped. I also had a leak issue a couple months after purchasing, I simply tinkered around with the parts that were incorrectly installed and that fixed the leaking.

A:  That's correct, I have one it's feet not inches for the length. It's a very sturdy cart once all the pieces are put together.

A:  Yes, it is the connection from the cart to the faucet. Mine is actually a little over 6 feet long and the right length to make an easy attachment. I have 2 of these carts and they are very practical and efficient equipment to manage my hoses.

A:  I do not care about the coating, this cart is exposed 24/7 to all the elements. I spray all parts that are metal, reel, screws, bolts, tubes, etc with white lithium grease. Decide what you want to do, I am not recommending anything, just telling you my experience.

A:  Very Low Quality Paint. Mine showed rust in a matter of days. Its not a top quality bake powder coat.

A:  Looks like regular automotive-type paint, not powder coating. I don't leave it outside so I haven't had any issues with rust, so I don't know how durable the paint would be if left exposed to the elements.

A:  I had the same problem, i ordered replacement washers from Amazon for $1.50 for 10 washers. This fixed the problem. That said i shouldnt have had to replace washers and tire tubes on a brand new product. You get what you pay for!

A:  I had same problem I called Precision Tool who make the hose reels. I actually went through 4 water intakes and tried to pack myself with Vaseline and there is no way to stop the water. I think the problem lies on the company who made the intake. It should be a feral attachment so it will roll with ease and not have a sharp edge on the thread end. It need to seat within itself. A fault the company needs to fix. Call Precision Tools and explain and they might send you a different one depending on when you purchased it. I am returning mine tomorrow for full refund. Oh Tethalone tape or pipe joint compound will not help either. I tried that myself. Call Precision Tools if you are still having the problem at 1-800-225-5891
