                A:  The engine on the PRTT196, Powermate Rear Tine Tiller has an oil drain plug on the right side of the engine block (as you are facing the recoil starter). Then, on the side of the engine where the red on/off switch is, there is a black oil fill cap near the bottom rear of the engine. To refill, remove this cap and your oil goes in there.
