Q:Hi, My fireplace has an arch at the top with the highest measurement of the arch at 29.5 and smallest measurement of arch at 24.5 the Width is 42.5 - I am not sure as to what size is needed? If I bought the large will it still work?

A: Sure. We use ours on our gas logs double fireplace, but always leave the doors open if the fire is burning. If your insert also has heat, as long as it doesn't get anywhere near 200 degrees, it should be fine.
