A:  Yes they could be mounted in concrete with the appropriate anchor. Make sure you do not exceed the load rating of the anchor holding capacity.

A:  Not sure if you can use it on metal. I hung mine over a year ago with long bolts and have had no issues using a single seat swing carrying about 250lb max weight.

A:  Yes it could be bolted to a metal door frame as long as the frame is flat.

A:  In my opinion it could possibly work as long as you ensure the lag screws go all the way into the door header.

A:  If you used quite a few washers. This would be overkill for any exercise equipment.

A:  This item measures Total Width: 5, Total Depth: 2.88 and the distance between holes (On Center): 3 1/2" & 1 1/2.

A:  The distance from the center of the bolt hole to the other center of the bolt hole is 1 1/2 inches. It should be close to center when mounting.

A:  The plate which holds the 4 bolts is 3" x 5".

A:  it's about 3.5 inches. it fit on the 4" side of a 4X6

A:  Bill Weight rating is 350 lbs per hanger or 700 lbs. for the pair. According to A.S.T.M. standards we can only recommend utilizing our products for residential play equipment. A:  Weight limit is vertical drop per hanger. They could be used for a porch swing as long as you don’t exceed the weight limit or chain load limit.

A:  Yes, the limit for the pair would be 700 lbs.

A:  I purchased them for a porch swing. Your swing will break before the hinges fail.

A:  Bolts are included. When you receive the bolts use a drill bit that is smaller than the bolt.
