A:  Though the cover fits fairly snugly, there are no ridges that totally secure the compartments and small parts such as smaller nuts and bolts or screws and other smaller items may migrate into the adjoining compartments. The reason being that since you can adjust the included dividers to make so many different size compartments in so many different configurations there would be no way to manufacture the covers for every application. I have used small plastic boxes such as for bead work or jewelry to contain the smallest items as a work around.

A:  Yes there are dividers included that allow you to configure from 16 to 60 small compartments plus there are 4 larger fixed compartments on each side for larger items.

A:  These have some fixed compartments - other areas does have sliders / dividers for you to cross section.
