Q:On my rehab property, the screen is broke, and the vent door / window itself is missing. The frame is still there and in good shape - can I just get these parts or do I need to order a full unit? Even if I order a full unit, can I take off those parts to put on my window? what is the best bet?

A: The only replacement part available for the hopper vent it the screen. If you glass is broken, you will need to replace the entire vent. the item number for the vent is 110700

Q:Can I just purchase the outer screen as a replacement part? The screen was chewed through by an animal I believe.

A: Yes. You can order the replacement screen through your local store. If the attachment screw holes are at the top and bottom of your screen, the item number is 100889. If they are on the sides, the number is 100890.

A: Yes. This is a 16x8" nominal size vent which takes the place of two 8x8" blocks. As long as your vent is a 16x8, this vent may be used to replace it.

A: The Universal Hopper Vent may be used with either the 3" or 4" glass blocks.To use with the 3" blocks, you remove the screen, remove the extendion piece from the vent and then replace the screen.
