Q:What is the weave size/density per inch?
Looking for small insect patio screen that's tough for pets too.

Answer This Question
A: I don't know how to measure the weave size. But I put it on my screened-in deck, and it certainly keeps small insects out. There is NO WAY a mosquito can fit through the screen. It seems to be the same weave density as regular screen. I've had troubles with raccoons tearing through the old screen... but with this new screen, I've had no such problem.

Answer This Question
A: I would say it's about the same. Its darker though. I would compare it to looking through sun glasses.

A: it is darker, but great visibility. the best part is we can stand at our front door window and look at the road, and you can't see us from the road, so it provides privacy as well. Very strong, too!

A: Obliviously it is less. However, I don't find it a problem. It seems to be holding up well against the occasional dog scratch. The thickness does provide some sun shade here in the Arizona sun. I would do it again

A: The visibility is still good, although not as clear as regular screen. I think it makes our screened porch a little more private, and because we have both cats and dogs this screening has worked great. Just be sure to use the appropriate spline size because it is a heavier duty screening.

A: The visibility is good. Slightly darker but not where you notice unless comparing side by side. It’s very durable as well.
