A:  These shades can be mounted on a wood window frame. All treatments are a bit smaller than the width of the window, so this shade would fit a 35 inch width window.

      A:  Thank you for reaching out with your questions. Unfortunately no, the Perfect Lift Window Treatment blackout Shades, can not be side mounted. the only items available in this brand to be side mounted are the 2 Cordless or Corded Blinds. thank you,

          A:  Hello Nick. thank you for reaching out with your question. The Perfect Lift Window Treatment shades are actual sizes including the end caps on each side. To decide the right Width. Measure your window width on the top, middle and bottom and select the smallest measurement. If 28 7/8 is the smallest. Because these shades are offered in every 1/2 inch increment, these are not custom sizes. If you order the 29 inch, you'll probably have to remove the end caps and it might have a very tight fit and will cause issues to raise and lower the shade. The 28.5 will be easier to raise and lower the shade. Length of the shade, 64" will work perfectly fine. thank you Customer Care
