Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. For an inside mount we always recommend going 1/2" smaller than measured size as this allows the shade to operate and fit correctly. We also only have set lengths of 48", 64", and 72". In your particular case we recommend going with the 72" W x 48" L. The 64" length would assure you complete coverage if you don't feel the 48" would be enough. Mounting Hardware comes included with the shade.

Q:What do I do in the case that my width (inside mount) is in 1/4 inches, e.g., 30.75 or 26.25?

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. We recommend going 3/4" shorter than the measured size. This will allow the shade to fit and operate properly for an inside mount. Ex: Measured size is 30.75" then a 30" would be the size to order.

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. The screws that come included are hex head screws and they will work, we do strongly advise to use anchors along with them. They do not come included unfortunately. We also advise speaking to someone at your local hardware store that may have more experience in the different type of walls.

Q:Is 48 inch length too long for window only 36 inches long?
by|Sep 9, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. The 48" would work perfectly with the 36", it will have that extra 12" either bunched up inside the window opening or having the bunched up shade hang at the bottom. depending on how you prefer it but it will not be an issue.

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. Although very similar in appearance these pleated shades are not honeycombs. The honeycombs provide more energy efficiency than pleated shades because of the honeycomb design. We do offer Honeycomb shades if you're interested. Q:French Doors ??. Each window (4) measures 20.5 inches wide ??62 inches length
What size should I order? (inside the window frame measurements)
Thank You
by|Jul 21, 2023

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for reaching out. The shades can be installed in French doors as long as there is enough space to securely install the mounting hardware/shade. The 64" Length will work just fine for these windows. The width we recommend going with a 20" if you are planning on installing for an inside mount. The 1/2" of space will allow the shade to be installed without much difficulty and allow the shade to operate properly.
