A:  Thank you for reaching out. The street side facing color will be the same color as the color chosen by you. Ex: If you choose the gray then the street facing side will be gray as well.

    A:  Thank you for reaching out. For an inside mount. we recommend going 1/2 an inch shorther than measured size to allow the shade to fit better.

We do not have a test that proofs the exact Insulation Value of our product any test result from a laboratory would not represent the actual result in any other location due to the different factors, different temperature, direct sunlight, however, based on statistics, the material content and construction of the each product (shade) to evaluate the R-Value, our Cellular Shade R-Value ranges is about 1.6.         Q:My window measurements for cellular shades are 29 1/2"x 56 1/2". The saleswomen at the HD store said they will come 29" x 64" due to they company takes 1/2" off the measurement. Is this true? When I asked another sales associate at HD the said different??

        A:  Thank you for reaching out. Our Perfect Lift Window Treatment is true to size but, we do recommend going 1/2 inch smaller as to allow it to fit in the opening better. They will come as the size ordered. We also only have 48", 64" and 72" set lengths for this shade

              A:  Thank you for reaching out. To clean shade goes between steam cleaning, dusting or a wipe down. I am not entirely sure on if scotch guard will work or not but it will stain easily from cooking oil so we do not recommend having near cooking oil.                 A:  Thank you for reaching out. These shades are made in Taiwan. These shades are available in three standard length, 48", 64" and 72". The length doesn't really affects the look of the shade. Any extra pleats will stack at the bottom of the shade. Thank you.
