A: I'll guess, because I have a guest in my guesthouse where the sink is and would not invade his privacy - even for you! :) I LOVE this sink - it is such a quality product. So, my guess is about 8 inches - its uniqueness is in the width and length and apron front, etc. - but the depth as I recall is pretty standard. Sorry I can't go measure for you. You will love it!

A: Good morning,
The easiest way to go about getting a stainless grid for the base would be to take a measurement of the inside base of the sink (length and width). Once you have the dimensions, google the or search the HD website for the grid that would fit your measurements. Hope this helped

A: let me guess, the drain hole is too close to the cabinet/framing that holds the sink and won't allow a disposal to fit. Buyer beware has never been more true than today.

A: We have this sink in our kitchen, and it does accommodate a garbage disposal. It wouldn't accommodate our old disposal due to sizing underneath the sink, but the plumber simply sold us a new disposal (reasonably priced) and it fit fine. Works great.

Q:Can this sink be used as a vessel sink? On top of a height adjusted counter?
by|May 16, 2018

Answer This Question
A: So there is a lot to that question. First off you CAN do anything you want with the correct supporting equipment. That being said this sink was not meant to be exposed from all four corners. The back side of the sink is not finished like the sides and front. However, if you were able to drop the counter a considerable amount, paint he back to match the sides, get a larger fauscet to come over the edge of the raised sink, and be willing to side mount the controls for the faucet it could work. Please remember when you take items outside of their original intended purpose that you will run into issues that can be resolved however they take some thought and creative engineering. Good luck in your project!
