A: You can use a Gas Kit and a Gas Burner to covert this into a Propane or Natural Gas burning fire pit. Look up EasyFirePits! Plenty of tricks and tips there that show you how to simplify the gas conversion process.

A: If you are looking to replace your own stones you can always try youtube. When it comes to replacing a stone on a firepit kit it is basically as easy as pulling the layers on top of the one that needs to be replaced and put them back staggering them.

A: Bruce, Our blocks are not made to be put in direct heat. We do recommend that you use the steel fire ring and fill the bottom of the fire pit with rock. Thanks
