Q:Can this be used with Palruf PVC panels? Does the corrugation profile match?
I just discovered that the wood closure strips I purchased don't match the 3" corrugation profile of my panels.

A: That is the paneling that I purchased this for. It installs quickly and once your first panel is in place it'r pretty easy to get it to stay in place. The insulation is longer than the panel so you just have to keep linking them until the end.

A: Thank you. I saw the "Palram" name on the product when I was in the store but didn't notice that the site entry said it was "by Palruf".

A: Foam closures are only available in 36" lengths. You can cut them easily or you can also purchase a plastic closure strip that is 24" long.

A: Very easy to cut with a knife but the foam has dove tail cut in end so you can continue to link until you get final panel then simply cut it off at the end

Q:Says foam on the header, but then says Plastic on the material's specs.
So which is it? And can I use the screws in the valleys on the panels? or should I only use them on the peaks? I'm using used panels and don't want to put new holes in them is I don't have to. Also, do I need to use anything, other than the screws on the top of the panels, I read somewhere that these are ONLY use between the panels and the rafters.

A: They are foam. I used rubber washer screws in the valleys and I only used them on the outside rafters to block ind, rain and dirt from being able to blow in. They form a very good barrier when installed.

A: You can use whichever you prefer, however, we recommend using the plastic closures because they are more durable. All fastener holes should be predrilled and the fasteners placed into the peaks of the panels, not the valleys. Answer This Question
A: Good Afternoon,
The measurements of the closure strip are as follows:
3/4"H x 7/8"W x 36"L
These would be 3" on center (center of one rib to the center of the next).
