    A:  No, it will not. Adjustable at 1/4 in. increments for 5 in. to 8 in. plus 8-1/2 in. and 6-3/8 in. LP siding reveals.

          A:  The mechanism which holds the Gecko Gauge in place during siding installation uses a "wheel" which grips the face of the previous siding piece. Cedar is a soft specie of wood and the "wheel" most likely would leave a mark on the product if you cinched the lever down too hard. I could be used, but we would not recommend it.

                        A:  On the 12 inch boards the overlap on the siding is approximately 3.5 inches. That is 1.5 more than I care to have.
