    Answer This Question

A:  The anchor should be assembled with the tapered threaded end going inside the sleeve opening that has the thinner wall. Drill the hole using the combo bit (sku 360194) to a depth of 1 and 1/2 inches, this will be a 1 inch deep hole for the anchor and an additional 1/2 inch hole for the bolt (sku 270501) to protrude deeper through when installing the bolts/panels. Insert the anchor into the hole with the tapered threaded end first. You should now only be able to see the thicker wall end of the sleeve, this is what you will hammer the tap-in tool (sku 630370) against to drive the tapered end into the sleeve causing it to expand against the hole and locking the anchor into place.
