A:  Hello! Thank you for your question. Our products are tested according to ASTM industry standards and are recommended at 300 lbs per seating area.

A:  Hello! We don't test our products to a weight limit. We test to ASTM Standards. The Chippendale Dining Arm Chair in this set passed a 400 lb static load test. It also passed an impact test that drops 150 lbs ten times from a height of 8". These are both a limit to pass as commercial grade. This is the best standard that we test to at this time. Currently, we haven't load tested our 48" Dining Table. I can say that this set is very sturdy and strong. Thank you for the great question! Kevin

A:  The table in this set could be paired with a variety of umbrella sizes. However, we recommend one that is around 9 ft. in diameter. It is also important to note that the umbrella hole is a standard 1 3/4" wide. Therefore, you will need to make sure the diameter of the umbrella pole does not exceed this limit.
