Q:Are these in-line drippers? Can they be used as drippers on the end of a line?

A: These cannot be used in-line, only on the end of the tube. For inline drippers, try this search:

Q:Can this be used for gravity fed line of 2 feet?

A: Not an expert. I think drippers in general can be used in gravity feeds. They may not drip a fast as rated. I used drippers attached to hose from 55 gallon drums to water trees in remote locations. Would fill drums up and leave.

A: Butch, that will depend on the water pressure. At such lower flow rates as 1 PSI, it should be noted, the pressure-compensating mechanism does not function properly, so we can't recommend that you use these emitters with an extremely low water pressure.

A: Do you mean a vertical tube 2 feet long, with this dripper at the end? You need more than that.
2 feet would give you only about 1 psi - - a normal drip system operates in the range of 10-25 psi. At such a low pressure, the dripper would probably ooze water, but much less than 1/2 gph. And depending on the mineralization of your water, they would tend to clog quickly.
