Q:We broke off one of the nozzles and unscrewed this part (the male manifold head) from the female body.
Is there a way to purchase just this part instead of buying a whole new one?

A: We had many manifolds where 1 or 2 nozzles would break (making impossible to plug and just use the remaining ones). However, if you unscrew the top you can see that the nozzles are just held in place by a simple slotted tip. I put a large flat screwdriver at the elbow of the nozzle while pushing the lip from inside and was able to easily pop it out. That allowed me to use the remaining good nozzles to save half of the manifolds. But I agree with others - this design was not thought out. The elbow on the nozzle is the weak link and they are not replaceable.

A: No. If one is broken, the whole manifold is junk. Buy one with an individual flow control. If one is broken, you just have to shut off the broken valve.

A: Sharon, there isn't a way to buy that part separately. That said, our recommendation would be to call our Support team at 1-800-488-6156, and we'll see what we can do to help you resolve the issue. Thanks!
