A: The battery compartment is located on the back side of your timer. Just pinch the top/bottom tabs of the battery tray and pull, but it may take a little bit of effort to pull the tray out the first time.

Q:Do you need to check your water pressure? I have 45 will that do?
by|Jul 22, 2017

Answer This Question
A: ABC, yes that water pressure will be more than sufficient to activate the valves within this timer. A word to the wise: a water pressure of 45 PSI is pretty typical, but you will want to ensure that the sprinkler(s) you use with this timer will run properly with that water pressure.

A: Lisa, if you included Station 1 and Station 2 on the same program, so that they would water one station after the other (as intended), this shouldn't be happening. Please contact our Support team at 1-800-488-6156, and so we can troubleshoot with you and do everything we can to make sure you have a timer that works for you. Thanks!
