A: Thank you for your interest in Old Mill Building Products! Our thin brick can be installed on drywall, hardi backer board, or cement backer board. Our thin brick can also be installed on cement or cinderblocks. For adhesive we recommend a modified thin set adhesive. For grout we recommend either an S-type mortar or a sanded grout. Transition from to drywall we recommend tile trim. https://www.homedepot.com/b/Search/N-5yc1vZcdv7/Ntk-Extended/Ntt-tile+trim?Ntx=mode+matchpartialmax&NCNI-5
