Q:how come in the original picture the lamp looks nice take a good look at the BASE I want to know which lamp are you going to receive the original pic is nice but the the pictures to the left the base is different I do not like that if you click on them you can see for yourself..... So with that said which lamp are you going to receive? The nice one or the cheaper looking one?

    A:  I have had mine for quite some time,the one pictured here is what I got. I don't think it looks cheap. It is exactly what I was looking for.

            A:  Like normal shades. Screws on from the top.

              A:  Very easy Just put shade on stand before you put light bulb in. Bulb have to be screwed in after shade is on. Very happy with those lamps.

                    A:  It is attached by a harp. The harp screws down at the top of the lamp once the shade is placed onto the lamp.
