A:  We do not have any fans that will fit in the exact same space as the 8814. The suggested replacement is AN110, but it is a little larger.

A:  Thank you for your question about this exhaust fan. We appreciate your business. The following dimensions should answer your question: housing: 8-12” x 9” x 4”. The grille cover is 8-5/8” x 10-1/2”. The only difference between the 8832WH (white) and the 8832SA (silver anodized) is the grille. IF you have further questions and would like to speak with a Customer Servicer person, just dial 888-336-3948. Thanks, again

A:  Hi, Mary. Please see this response. My first response may not have been correct. The housing dimensions are as follows: 8-1/2" x 9" x 4". You are correct about the confusion on the web site, so I hope this will be helpful. Thanks, again.

A:  Hi, Art. Thank you for your interest in our products. We appreciate your business. The 8832WH exhaust fan does indeed only use three wires - - the black, the white, and the green (ground). If you are viewing this model on the HomeDepot.com site, simply scroll down and click on the More Info tab. Here you will be able to view the Installation Instructions. Thanks, again.

A:  I don't quite understand your question. Black,White,Ground is a standard wiring combo. I presume that's the combo you're replacing. Shut off the power, get rid of the old wire, replace it with the new one, turn on the power and you're good to go.
