        A:  Yes, it can be installed on vinyl siding.

          A:  Yes. The mounting strip needs to be placed on the flattest part of the siding. The sidewing location is predetermined by the drop and that attachment point may need to be either shimmed or cut out hole in siding for blocking.

            A:  You can purchase them at the store. Retail cost is $69.00/pair. There are 2 types. The Standard side require the unit to be mounted 13" or more above the door. Low mount sides require the unit to be mounted 6" above. If mounted less than 6" above then No sidewing would work.

              A:  We had a 48" wide x 42" projection tested and it was rated for 60lbs/sq in for snow load.

                      A:  Any of our awnings over 84" wide require a support arm in the middle. Depending on the window you can request either 1 or 2 arms but there must not be more than 84" unsupported.
