A:  Hi. I am a little worried if the allowance will be 16 inches from the framed picture as it might damage not just the frame but the picture itself I suggest not putting anything on top of it to prevent damage to your home decors. Hope this helps.

A:  I wouldn't recommend it, the vent is at the top of the fireplace and would blow directly on the TV.

A:  Yes, Please allow a minimum of 36 Inches of separation between the top of the heater to the bottom of the Television. The heater is designed to blow heat from the top toward the ceiling. The Television needs to have a space between it and the wall so that it can properly vent during the heater's operation.

A:  Use this unit (or another) and never turn the heater on. Overall, for this unit the front glass is 25" X 20.25", but the box is only about 20" X 18",

A:  I had very bad luck with this unit! The second use it stopped working and smelled like burning electrical wires.Good luck with your search!

A:  It runs continuously on the setting you set. It draw 12.5 amps and will require its own circuit or be the only thing plugged into an existing 15 amps circuit.
