    A:  What type of surface are you trying to install grab bars? Our system is only designed for natural stone, tile, glass, metal and concrete surfaces. When properly installed on any of these approved surfaces it is rated at 250lbs.

        A:  We recommend and warranty our grab bars for use on natural stone, tile, glass, metal and concrete surfaces. The adhesive generally does work on most plastics including fiberglass and acrylic surfaces but we have not tested all produced materials and they may not meet ADA requirements

          A:  All no drilling required products include the German adhesive mounting system and fastening tool. The only thing you need is a level and a clean surface to start.

            A:  You are correct. I also viewed installation video and easily installed my grab bar. I was 70 at the time. I followed instructions and waited the entire 24 hours as recommended.

                A:  The industry sizing for grab bars denotes the center to center dimension of the mounting. For instance a 24" grab bar is 24" on center and 27" end to end. The 12" is 12" center to center and 15" end to end.

                  A:  Our system for grab and assist bars is recommended and warrantied for use on Natural stone, Tile, Glass, Metal and Concrete surfaces only. The adhesive generally work on most plastics, fiberglass and acrylic but there are many types and manufactures which have not been tested. Additionally these surfaces are not always flat, rigid and often difficult to get properly cleaned in order to make an effective bond
