A:  hello MM, my name is Marianne on behalf of NEsxgrill, it sounds that you didn't plug the side burner wire to the module, as long as you can hear the clicking sound so the module is working only you will need to check on the connection. I hope you enjoy your day and happy grilling!!

A:  There is something wrong with the grill or the installation of it. All the burners should light up when you press and turn the knob clockwise. You don't need a lighter or matches to turn it on.

A:  It appears that this grill may not have been assembled correctly. Also, check your burner, igniter and other assemblies. Also, Check the battery in your igniter (AA size).

Here is the instructions as found it on google search for grilling chicken parts: 01 Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes. 02 In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the oil, onion, and garlic until golden, about 10 minutes, stirring often. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until slightly thickened, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often. 03 In a small bowl mix the rub ingredients. Sprinkle the rub evenly all over the chicken pieces. 04 Prepare the grill for indirect cooking over medium heat (350° to 450°F). 05 Brush the cooking grates clean. Grill the chicken, skin side down, over direct heat, with the lid closed, until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Move the chicken pieces over indirect heat. Drain and add the wood chips to the charcoal or to the smoker box of a gas grill, following manufacturer’s instructions. Continue to grill the chicken, with the lid closed, for about 20 minutes. Then brush both sides with a thin layer of the sauce and cook until the juices run clear and the meat is no longer pink at the bone, about 15 minutes more, occasionally turning and brushing with the sauce. If you were to change the unit in any way from the way it was manufactured, will also waive the warranty due to the alterations to the grill. I hope you have a Great Day and Happy Grilling!

A:  No sir / Mam the way this grill is made I do not think that there is any way to change it has to be on the right side

Make sure when using your unit, the propane tank is turned on slowly and turned off after every use. If you turn it on to fast, you can trigger the regulator to reduce the gas pressure. Which will cause you to receive low flames or no gas at all. Below is regulator reset instructions you can also try. I hope you have a Great Day and Happy Grilling! 1. Turn all the knobs and tank to the off position 2. Disconnect the regulator from the tank 3. Turn on all main burners, just as if lighting the grill normally and set to high 4. Let this sit for 10-15 minutes untouched 5. Once the time has elapsed, make sure all knobs are turned to the off position 6. Reconnect your propane regulator gas hose to the propane tank 7. Slowly open the tank all the way (30 Seconds).

A:  Mine was working fine. No problems.

A:  We have had our grill about a year. Nothing has yet to be replaced, repaired.

Sometimes air bubbles form inside the regulator hose and block up the flow of gas. Please see attached for regulator reset instructions. Please perform these steps up to 3 times if needed, if the issue is not resolved after that you will need to replace the regulator, which you can order by calling the parts department at 1-866-601-5799.
