Q:Can I use these to build a horizontal fence?
by|Apr 19, 2020

Answer This Question
A: Hi Rafael. This would depend on if the boards are installed vertically or horizontally. If they are installed vertically, the boards do not need to be braced beyond the frame in which they are kept upright. For horizontal fencing board installation, we would recommend bracing every 24 to 36 inches to avoid sagging. Please if you have any further questions please email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com or call us at 281-570-6450.

Answer This Question
A: Hi, Tony. Yes, this is possible but would require the boards to be structurally supported, identical to our decking installation, so 16 inches on center. If we may further clarify, or if you have any other questions, please reach out to inquiry@newtechwood.com.
