Q:I?m confused, one answer says 1 Sq ft/ 2 PCs come per box but one of answers on page 1 of Q& A states you get 10 Sq ft per box so which is it?

A:  The 1ftX1ft deck tiles come 10 square feet per box (10pcs). The fascia comes in 1 square foot/2 square feet per box (2pcs).

                  Q:Does any prep need to be done on the concrete porch? The reason for using this product is that currently water sits & eventually washes off paint. It seems like water will seep between the tiles.
