A:  Thanks for your question. The New Age dog house products are all made with our ECOFLEX composite material. The walls are structured like those in your house with an inner wall, an outer wall and a support network between the walls. However, with 15 years of experience in this category, the only "Chew Proof" dog house material is metal. If your dog has a chewing habit, it will be easier and less costly to break the habit. There are several "anti-chew" topical product in the market. I don't know if any of them are effective. The New Age products come with a 10 year defect and deterioration warranty but the warranty specifically excludes damage from chewing.

A:  Yes, our dog houses are made from a composite material that is impervious to liquids. Your pet should stay dry and happy.

A:  Thank you for your question. The answer is yes. They have been tested to 1" pf rain per hour which is a very high rate of rain fall. The raised floor prevents water from entering that way. If there are high winds, the available flap door (a separate purchase) will prevent most of the rain from entering unless the rain and ind are extra heavy.

A:  Thanks for your question. Yes, a fan can be installed. I would have it done by a professional unless you are an experienced DYI'er. The opening will require reinforcement.
