A: Make sure you pulled the insulating tab where the battery contacts the terminal. These lights also have an "off/on" switch. This switch must be set to on if you want them to automatically come on at night and off at dawn.

A: Be sure to remove the plastic protective covering over the solar cell. Lastly, there is an on off switch hiding under a clear rubber shield on the back side of the solar panel. That should help light it up. THese are great solar lights. You will love them. They are very bringt in the summer evenings but not so much in the winter, at least in my south facing yard.

A: i think they have an on/off switch. look at your manual.

A: on the back of the solar panel is an on/off switch. the battery in the solar panel is rechargeable .
but to get at it means taking off 4 little screws..i have purchased 4 kind s of lites from home depot. i had 4 of these...they stopped working in 3 months. here is a tip..spray silicone onto the face of the solar panel.
that way when the face of the panel starts to accumulate dirt water spots etc..you can just wipe it off. one other thing. these lights did not have the lumens(brightness) of any of the solar spots i tried.
you get what you pay for

A: There is a switch on the bottom of the solar panel that you need to switch on. It's black too and not easy to find. Also make sure the plastic film is off the solar panel.

A: 14430--3.2 volt. It is a little shorter in length then the usual solar path lights. The H D sells them.
by|May 23, 2019
A: You need to go to Home Depot online and search with product and model number it should show the right battery
by|Mar 18, 2021
A: LiFePO4 14430 3.2v 400 mAH 1.28Wh. i had 4 of them 2 with extended cords for the solar panel.
first of all they are not bright at all. secondly they lasted 3 months water got into the solar pack and rusted out the contacts and the light casing is not at all waterproof..if you are going to buy solar lighting, make sure you mist onto the solar panel some silicone spray..i use two coats..then you can wipe the panel clean with rubbing alcohol on a rag..if not the panel builds up a coating cutting down on the uv ray penetration.
same for the battery contacts..i threw these away and got another kind costs more but worth it.
