A:  I presume you are talking about the arms come folded in during shipping. I just twisted them out, but used a measuring tape to make sure the were equally distributed.

A:  It states "bronze", although I would say a dark bronze. I did, however, blow up the picture on my iPad and it is definitely bronze. I hope so because I'm getting ready to order one myself!
