A: You need to get some energy into the new battery, you can charge it a tiny bit off another battery and then put it on the charger. There are videos on how to jump the batteries on YouTube.

A: Always use caution with rechargeable batteries and refer to the manufacturer’s instructions. I often see this when batteries are cold. I bring them home and set them aside to acclimate to indoor temp. Problem solved. (8 new batteries from 3 platforms)

A: Same issue. I removed the battery, put the other one in and checked and it was fine. Put the bad one in and noticed it is a bit loose in the charger so I firmly pressed it in and it turned solid red and started charging. Poor fit in the charger was the

A: Same thing happened to me, brand new out of the box. The documentation says Damaged or faulty battery pack . I unplugged the charger from an old 2 prong outlet and plunged it into properly grounded 3 prong outlet and it fixed the issue.

A: It’s matter of what kind of battery you are using, let’s say you use 2AH battery gives you 10 minutes, imagine if use 4 or 9 AH. It’s all about your battery. Hope my answer help you.

A: No label showing consumption on blower or you could divide consumption by amp hours for an estimate. My fully charged 5 amp hour just went 25 minutes non-stop and used half the battery.

A: I'd also like to know run-time....saying there are many factors is side-stepping the ? & not being helpful. There's a motor it draws X amount of current at Y speed would yield approx Z amount of run-time per AH. If anyone has HELPFUL info, please comment
